Founding members get a first-service satisfaction guarantee after the walkthrough and first light services. Final guarantee terms are presented at signup.2
Routine maintenance visits include small parts like screws, anchors, standard caulk, basic batteries, and MERV 8-11 filters. Handyman credits apply to labor; materials, fixtures, specialty hardware, and parts are approved or quoted separately.
Online signup starts a 12-month membership because seasonal work is planned across the year. Final membership terms are presented before confirmation.4

Power washing covers exterior siding only. Driveways, walkways, decks, patios, and fences can be quoted separately.
