AnaCare runs on the rhythm of the home. Whenever you join, your year starts with a walkthrough. From there, services follow the right cadence for the work.

Reset Day.

One crew day that resets the whole house: the walkthrough with a photo report, power washing, gutters, filters, detector batteries, dryer vent, fresh caulk in a kitchen and a bath, and small fixes on the spot. For anything beyond the plan, OPH can quote the work directly, or we’ll refer you to a separately licensed specialist.

The Fall Visit.

After the leaves drop we come back for a fresh filter swap. Labeled spare filters stay with you for the months between.

Touches all year.

Fix-it credits whenever something comes up, plus a November oven clean on every plan. Biweekly clients add the fridge, and weekly clients add a porch refresh each May.

HVAC filters

Fresh air, all year.

Every member2 swaps + labeled spares

A fresh filter on Reset Day and again at the Fall Visit, with the right size and MERV rating already on the truck. Labeled spares stay with you for the months between.

Included: Standard 1-inch filters, MERV 8-11. Extra: High-MERV (13+), 4-inch media cabinets, or custom sizes, quoted at cost before the visit.

Power washing

Bring your siding back to its real color.

On Reset Day, your home's exterior siding gets a careful pressure wash, bringing it back to its real color.

Included: Exterior siding of the main structure up to 2 stories. Out of scope: Driveways, walkways, decks, porches, patios, fences (available as add-on quotes).

Gutter cleaning

Cleared once a year, timed right.

Cleared on Reset Day. Rather have it wait until the leaves are down? Just ask when we schedule and it moves to its own fall day.

Included: Ground-reachable and standard extension-ladder work. Out of scope: Roofs requiring anchors or harnessing, clogs needing downspout flushing (quoted separately).

Dryer vent cleaning

A small thing that prevents a big one.

Lint buildup is easy to forget and important to clear. We clean the full line from dryer to exterior exhaust every Reset Day.

Included: Full line, dryer to exterior exhaust. Out of scope: Rerouting damaged ducts or roof-access-only exhausts (quoted separately).

Kitchen & bath recaulking

Fresh caulk. Once a year.

Every Reset Day, we refresh the high-use caulk lines in one kitchen and one bathroom before they become a bigger repair.

Included: One kitchen and one bathroom per year. Standard silicone provided. Extra: Additional rooms or premium-specialty caulk quoted on request.

  1. Early access is subject to service area and schedule capacity. Membership is annual and paid in full at signup.
  2. Client count reflects Ana’s active recurring cleaning roster and is rounded.
  3. Home cleanings are based on QuickBooks invoices and sales receipts recorded through May 1, 2026, rounded to the nearest thousand.
  4. Rating average is based on Google and other online directory ratings available to Ana’s Cleaning and is rounded.
  5. AnaCare is sold only to households with an active recurring Ana’s Cleaning plan. The yearly rate is set by the cleaning cadence at signup or renewal: $999 monthly, $899 biweekly, $799 weekly. Cancellation any time before the first AnaCare service of a membership year receives a full refund of that year’s payment; once the first service has been delivered, the membership year is non-refundable. Renewal requires an active cleaning plan.
  6. Reset Day services are scheduled together on a single day by default. A member may request that an individual service (for example, power washing or gutter cleaning) be scheduled for a later date instead. Weather-dependent exterior services may be rescheduled to the next suitable day.
  7. Handyman credits cover labor only for eligible small tasks. One credit equals up to one labor hour by one worker. Credits do not cover materials, fixtures, specialty hardware, parts, permits, licenses, height- or roof-access work, hazardous-material remediation (lead, asbestos, mold, sewage), specialty trades, structural work, dedicated-day scheduling, emergency response, or larger projects, which are quoted or referred separately. Included credits roll over while the membership is active, up to four saved, have no cash value, and end when the membership ends. Purchased credits ($80 each with a monthly cleaning plan; $60 each with a biweekly or weekly cleaning plan) do not expire and are not forfeited when the membership ends. Included credits are redeemed before purchased credits. Standalone fix-it visits are subject to a two-credit minimum; a single credit may be redeemed alongside another scheduled visit.
  8. Membership terms, annual payment, service-balance reconciliation, and the workmanship warranty are governed by the final agreement presented at signup. The signed agreement controls in the event of any inconsistency between this page and the agreement.
  9. Maintenance services are performed by OPH Painting, LLC (doing business as OPH Construction & Painting, referred to throughout AnaCare as “OPH”), an independent contractor and AnaCare-approved subcontractor engaged under a written subcontractor agreement. Ana’s Cleaning Services, Inc. and OPH Painting, LLC are separate companies. Nothing on this page or in any AnaCare communication creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employer-employee relationship between Ana’s, OPH Painting, LLC, any subcontractor, or any customer.
  10. AnaCare’s annual home walkthrough with photo report is a maintenance walkthrough performed by an independent home-services subcontractor. It is not a North Carolina-licensed home inspection (NCGS Chapter 143, Article 9F) and is not intended for real-estate transactions, lender underwriting, structural assessment, or any other purpose requiring a licensed home inspector.
  11. Out-of-scope work and licensed trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC mechanical, roofing, fire protection, refrigeration, lead-based-paint removal in pre-1978 housing, and any project at or above the North Carolina general-contractor licensing threshold under NCGS § 87-1, are quoted or referred to a separately licensed trade. AnaCare does not perform work requiring a permit or specialty license.

AnaCare is a 12-month home-care membership offered by Ana’s Cleaning Services, Inc. Maintenance services are performed by OPH Painting, LLC (doing business as OPH Construction & Painting, referred to throughout AnaCare as “OPH”), an independent contractor and AnaCare-approved subcontractor engaged under a written subcontractor agreement. Ana’s Cleaning Services, Inc. and OPH Painting, LLC are separate companies; nothing in AnaCare creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employer-employee relationship between Ana’s, OPH Painting, LLC, or any customer. AnaCare membership requires an active recurring cleaning plan. Out-of-scope work, licensed trades, and projects subject to general-contractor licensing thresholds under NCGS § 87-1 are quoted or referred to a separately licensed trade. The signed online agreement presented at signup controls in the event of any inconsistency between this page and the agreement.
