Questions
Questions about deep cleaning.
What makes it a deep clean?
Every full-home clean dusts from the ceiling fans down, scrubs the kitchen and bathrooms, and vacuums and mops every floor. Then the Seasonal Deep Refresh takes on the build-up spots: baseboards, blinds, a grout refresh in every bathroom, and the back porch.
How much does a deep clean cost?
A first full-home clean starts at $175 and goes by your bedrooms, bathrooms and square feet. The booking form shows your exact price before you pick a date.
Why does a one-time clean cost more than a plan visit?
Plan prices start with your second clean and follow a regular schedule. A one-time clean, or a visit after a long break, is priced as a first clean.
What if there’s heavy build-up?
Picking extra time locks that part of the job at $75. If our team finds something you didn’t pick, that part can run up to $150 on-site, or up to $200 after construction. We always talk with you first.
What if something was missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean free. That holds for every visit.
