The short answerFor a 3 bed, 2 bath home of 1,500 to 2,000 sq ft, a clean every two weeks is $225 after the first clean, and $200 for each of the first three.

Every visit
The full-home checklist, every time.
Every plan visit works the same six sections, top to bottom.
Whole-Home Dusting
Ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, and vents. Crown molding, door frames, and window trim. Picture frames, mirrors, décor, and shelving.
Living Spaces & Bedrooms
Bedroom linen service. Vacuum sofas, chairs, and under cushions. Dust and wipe side tables, nightstands, and dressers.
Kitchen Service
Degrease stovetop, hood, and backsplash. Sanitize sink and faucet. Detail cabinet fronts, hardware, and drawers.
Bathroom Service
Descale showers, tubs, and glass enclosures. Sanitize sinks, faucets, and vanities. Clean mirrors, chrome, and fixtures to a streak-free finish.
Floors & Baseboards
Vacuum carpets, rugs, and runners. Sweep and mop hardwood, tile, and vinyl. Spot hand-scrub stubborn floor areas as needed.
Before We Leave
Reset furniture, décor, and staging. Replace liners and take out household trash. Return any client-provided supplies and equipment.

When does the plan price start?
With your second clean. The first clean is full price, then new plans get $25 off each of the first three plan cleans.
How often can you come?
Every week, every two weeks, or monthly, which is every four weeks. You pick when you book.
Can I skip or move a visit?
Yes, from your client portal. Skipping or moving a visit is free until 8 AM the day before, and a change after that is $25.
Do extras come back on every visit?
No. An extra applies to the cleaning you add it to. Your plan visits include the full-home service, and you can add extras to any visit.
What if something was missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean free. That holds for every visit.
