One full-home service - every room, every visit
Pricing is configured from the home size and add-ons you choose in the booking form. If you list three bedrooms, we thoroughly service those three. We do not sell packages or timed tiers—this checklist guides every full-home appointment start to finish.

Top to bottom, dusting before floors, and a final pass before anyone leaves.
- Ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, and vents1
- Crown molding, door frames, and window trim
- Picture frames, mirrors, décor, and shelving1
- Furniture tops, backs, and legs
- Blinds, shutters, and interior window sills2
- Stair rails, banisters, and ledges
- Bedroom linen service (master bedroom linens refreshed each visit when provided; additional beds available as premium add-on)
- Vacuum sofas, chairs, and under cushions2
- Dust and wipe side tables, nightstands, and dressers
- Dust and wipe electronic exteriors (no screens)3
- Empty all trash and recycling bins
- Straighten pillows, throws, and décor
- Degrease stovetop, hood, and backsplash
- Sanitize sink and faucet4
- Detail cabinet fronts, hardware, and drawers
- Clean exterior of all appliances inside & out (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, more)
- Buff stainless steel appliances and handles5
- Sanitize counters, islands, and bar seating
- Descale showers, tubs, and glass enclosures
- Sanitize sinks, faucets, and vanities
- Clean mirrors, chrome, and fixtures to a streak-free finish
- Detail grout, tile, and baseboards6
- Disinfect toilets inside, out, and behind
- Reset towels, bathmats, and amenities
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and runners (including edges and under any furniture we can move safely (large pieces stay in place))
- Sweep and mop hardwood, tile, and vinyl
- Spot hand-scrub stubborn floor areas as needed7
- Detail dry dusting of baseboards throughout
- Reset furniture, décor, and staging
- Replace liners and take out household trash
- Return any client-provided supplies and equipment8
- Walkthrough invitation for on-site clients
- Final quality sweep (crew stays until the service is complete)

1We dust all accessible surfaces. Please ensure fragile or irreplaceable décor is safely displayed or stored before our arrival.
2We do not hand-wash blinds or upholstery during a standard visit. Add-ons are available for intensive detailing.
3Electronic screens are never cleaned. We dust and wipe only the casings and frames.
4We do not clean inside garbage disposals. Please run yours ahead of service if needed.
5Stainless steel surfaces are polished. Stone, glass, and fixtures are cleaned but not polished.
6We scrub grout thoroughly, but heavily stained grout or worn caulk may require multiple services and may not return to a like-new appearance.
7We do not machine scrub floors. Spot hand-scrubbing is used for stubborn areas.
8We bring our own supplies and equipment. We will use client-provided tools upon request and return them after service.
9Pricing is based on the home size and spaces you book. We clean the bedrooms and living areas selected in your form.
